ROLE: UX & UI design.

While at Funding Circle, I was the main designer for borrower users: I designed from the marketing pages, loan application flow and visual guidelines for forms, to pdf guides and SEO pages. Every projects started from content & wireframes, with a strong focus on the borrower Personas created. Below, a few examples of the work done.

 

Redesigned the loan application flow

We launched a new improved application for new loans, reducing steps and required fields, adding clear field validation and help messaging. Conversion rise to 33% more after the redesign.

Defined visual guidelines for responsive forms

After the successful redesign of the loan application design, the style of the forms were documented and added to the common style of Funding Circle web.

Redesigned marketing pages

User-centered approach: Content was specific to our UX persona needs.

For the design, it was mobile-first and responsive all the way.
