Designs for iOS and Android

  Activity

Designed the new activity section, where both seller and buyer can follow updates from stores followed.

  Chat

Upgraded the chat with new features to help users most common transactions: Payments, deciding time or location, negotiating price.

Responsive web

To gain more exposure outside the native iOS & Android apps, we designed and implemented search on web. From the landing, buyers would be able to explore products and services and sellers would be able to share more easily their listings.

Prototypes were done first (using Adobe Muse, which supported responsive breakpoints) and supporting documentation was provided to Front end.

The landing was redesigned to support search of products and services, but also included information of our App, on how it worked, testimonials and brands that trusted us.

New features were tested with users before implementation. I run user testing sessions plus recorded users through Lookback app. All the research was shared with the team afterwards.

Run Personas workshops with the team. It was a great way to get everyone exited (developers, marketing, CEO) about improving the experience of our users.

Testing new ideas

 Communities

Prototypes were created for new ideas of where we wanted to go and to analyze how much implementation time would be needed. Here is one which we called “communities” and a redesign on the navigation. The idea evolved into a design and implementation of activity and cards.
